Tekmovanja takšnega značaja so za gledalce, tekmovalce in vse ostale zmeraj nekaj senzacionalnega. Show, nastopi, primerjave, razglasitve, po možnosti bučno navijanje, so sestavni del tega vrhunca športnega dela fitnesa in bodybuildinga. Tukaj se bo dokazalo, kdo je resnično ta, ki bo v letu 2006 Slovenski prvak. Dejansko pa so zmagovalci vsi tekmovalci, kajti priprave, dijete, tedni, ure napornega treninga in pogum, da se pred množico izpostaviš v javnosti, niso znane. Zagotovo pa lahko trdimo, da priprava na takšno tekmovanje zasenči skoraj marsikateri drug bolj ali manj popularen šport. Vsi tekmovalci so navajeni težkega večletnega treninga in velikih odrekanj. Prav v tem duhu se na takšnih tekmovanjih prepleta v dvorani posebna energija, ki pripelje tekmovalce, sodnike in gledalce do novih Slovenskih šampionov. Ker je tekmovanje odprtega značaja, pričakujemo veliko število tujih tekmovalcev (Italija, Avstrija, Madžarska, Hrvaška, Bosna, Srbija …)

VABIMO VSE TEKMOVALCE, TEKMOVALKE, KLUBE IN FITNES CENTRE, DA SE PRIJAVIJO!

Tekmovanje bo potekalo po pravilih BODYBUILDING IN FITNESS ZVEZE SLOVENIJE. Zagotovili bomo mednarodno sodniško zasedbo.
Prijava tekmovalcev: zaželeno je, da se tekmovalci za vsa tekmovanja prijavijo s prijavnico. Prijavnico, pravilnik tekmovanja in ostale informacije najdete na www.bodifit.net. Prijave naj bodo izpolnjene natančno in poslane najkasneje 7 dni pred začetkom tekmovanja.

SPLOŠNA PRAVILA ZA TEKMOVALCE :

- Prijava tekmovalcev: zaželjeno je, da se za vsa tekmovanja tekmovalci prijavijo s prijavnico. Prijave naj bodo natančno izpolnjene in poslane najkasneje 7 dni pred začetkom tekmovanja.

 - Registracija tekmovalcev : tri ure pred začetkom tekmovanja poteka registracija tekmovalcev. Potrebno je priložiti osebni dokument s sliko.

 - Štartnina : Tekmovalci plačajo štartnino na dan tekmovanja pred registracijo v znesku 3.000,00 sit (13 €).

- Pravilnik tekmovanja :tekmovanje v bodybuildingu, fitnesu in miss figure bo potekalo po pravilih BODYBUILDING IN FITNESS ZVEZE SLOVENIJE. Za vse nejasnosti se obrnite na e-mail naslov: bodifit@amis.net.

 - Razvrstitev po kategorijah : vsi tekmovalci in tekmovalke se pred začetkom tekmovanja udeležijo uradnega merjenja telesne višine in telesne teže, ter so na osnovi tega razvrščeni v posamezne kategorije.

KATEGORIJE :

BODYBUILDING

Mr. Bodybuilding - MOŠKI :

  1. juniorska kategorija ( mladinci, do 23 let ; max.dovoljena starost je 22 let in 364 dni ),
  2. nizka kategorija ( tel. višina do 172 cm ),
  3. srednja kategorija ( tel. višina 172 – 178 cm ),
  4. visoka kategorija ( tel. višina nad 178 cm ),
  5. over 40 (kategorija za tekmovalce nad 40 let).

Miss Bodybuilding - ŽENSKE
ena kategorija brez omejitev

FITNES

Mr. fitnes - MOŠKI

Mr. Fitness kategorija - maksimalna dovoljena teža tekmovalca je lahko :

  1. nizka kategorija ( tel. višina do 172 cm ), tel. višina - 100 + 2
  2. srednja kategorija ( tel. višina 172 – 178 cm ), tel. višina - 100 + 4
  3. visoka kategorija ( tel. višina nad 178 cm ). tel. višina - 100 + 6

Primer: nekdo ima višino 1m80cm lahko ima največjo telesno težo 86 kg.

Miss. Fitnes - ŽENSKE
ena kategorija brez omejitev.

- Prepovedi,drugo :

  • Tekmovalci ne smejo nositi obutve, ročnih ur, prstanov, zapestnic, verižic, obeskov, uhanov, lasulj in kakršnihkoli drugih motečih okraskov ali umetnih pomagal za izpopolnitev postave. Tekmovalci ne smejo žvečiti, jesti bombonov ali kaditi.
  • Zamuda registracije : Tekmovalci, ki zamudijo registracijo in merjenje, so izključeni iz tekmovanja.
  • Prekomerno nanašanje olja na telo je prepovedano. Dovoljena je zmerna uporaba olja za telo, kreme za kožo, potemnitev kože ali vlažilcev kože.
  • Tekmovalke morajo v prvem krogu tekmovanja ( simetrija in mišice ) imeti spete lase, tako da ne zakrivajo mišice ramen in hrbta.
  • Tekmovalci in tekmovalke morajo imeti s sponko čvrsto in varno pritrjeno štartno številko ( ki jo dobijo ob merjenju in registraciji tekmovalcev ) na levi strani kopalk.
  • Tekmovalci lahko nastopajo v več kategorijah, če izpolnjujejo pogoje za to.
  • Tekmovalci morajo imeti enobarvne kopalke, nepodložene, čiste in brez dodatkov.

POTEK TEKMOVANJA

- Tekmovanje za Mr. Bodybuilding, Miss. Bodybuilding in Mr. Fitnes :

- Prvi krog ocenjevanja – simetrija
Tekmovalci v spremstvu sodnika pridejo na oder, ta jih razvrsti po vrstnem redu štartnih številk. V sprošceni pozi brez poziranja se tekmovalci na povelje sodnika obračajo za 90 stopinj v svojo desno stran. Sodniki ocenjujejo samo simetrijo telesa iz različnih zornih kotov. V kolikor glavni sodnik zahteva dodatno primerjavo dveh ali več tekmovalcev, se to tudi stori.

- Drugi krog tekmovanja - mišičavost
Sodnik na odru zahteva izvajanje 8 obveznih poz. V skupinah se izvajajo : dvojna biceps poza spredaj, latisimus poza spredaj, stranska prsna poza – katera koli stran, latisimus poza od zadaj + meca, dvojna biceps poza od zadaj + meča, stranska triceps poza – katera koli stran, poza za trebušne in nožne mišice in na koncu »most muscular pose« najbolj mišicasta poza.
Po končanem vzporednem poziranju sodnik na odru ter glavni sodnik ponovno pokličeta tekmovalce v primerjalno poziranje.

- Tretji krog tekmovanja - prosti nastop :
Prosti program tekmovalci in tekmovalke izvajajo individualno na odru, na lastno glasbeno željo ( CD tekmovalci oddajo organizatorju tekmovanja na začetku, ko poteka registracija tekmovalcev ) in ob lastni koreografiji. Nastop ne sme biti daljši od 60 sek. v kategorijah bodybuilding in ne vec od 120 sek. v kategorijah fitness.

 - Tekmovanje za Miss. Fitnes in Miss. figure :

Miss fitnes kategorija

 - prvi izhod je v večerni obleki: tekmovalka ima oblečeno dolgo večerno obleko in čevlje z visoko peto. V tem izhodu tekmovalke pridejo na oder v zaporedju štartnih številk, stojijo v ravni vrsti ena ob drugi. Sodnik jim s krožno hojo po odru omogoči, da jih ocenijo z vseh strani, ocenijo njihovo hojo oz. gibanje, še posebno pozornost pa namenijo temu, kako tekmovalka izraža svojo samozavest in ženstvenost. Sodniki prav tako ocenjujejo estetski in športni videz v elegantnih oblačilih, ter urejen zunanji videz ( make up, pričeska in nakit).
- drugi izhod: deli se na dva dela.

1del. Simetrija . Tekmovalke se predstavijo s štirih strani (obrati za 90 stopinj v desno). Oblečene so v dvodelne bikini, enobarvne kopalke, obute v večerne čevlje z visoko peto. Na oder pridejo v zaporedju štartnih številk.

Sprednja stran : tekmovalka stoji vzravnano brez napetih mišic, glava in pogled sta usmerjena v enaki smeri kot telo, stopala so skupaj in roke ob telesu.

Leva stran : tekmovalka stoji vzravnano brez napetih mišic, obrnjena v svojo desno stran za 90 stopinj in s tem sodnikom pokaže svojo levo stran telesa, pogled in glava sta v smeri telesa ( ne gleda proti sodnikom oz. občinstvu ), dovoljena je rahla rotacija telesa v levo, ki ne sme biti pretirana. Zadnja stran : tekmovalka še vedno stoji vzravnano brez napetih mišic, glava in pogled sta v enaki smeri kot telo, stopala skupaj; sodniki ocenjujejo zadnjo stran telesa .

Desna stran : tekmovalka stoji vzravnano brez napetih mišic , glava in pogled sta v isti smeri kot telo. Stopala so skupaj; dovoljena je rahla rotacija telesa, ki ne sme biti pretirana. Sodniki razen simetrije telesa, ocenjujejo tudi splošne kriterije, kot so ženstvenost, splošni izgled tekmovalke, pogojen z npr. izborom pričeske, lepoto obraza, lepoto kože …itd, ter nenazadnje samozavest, ki jo izraža.

2 del. Primerjalne poze . Sodnik tekmovalke ne glede na vrstni red pokliče v primerjavo in sicer v sledečih pozah :

1. Dvojni biceps spredaj ( 1. Front double biceps ) ;

2. Stranska prsna poza - katera koli stran ( 2. Side chest any side ) ;

3. Dvojni biceps zadaj ( 3. Back double biceps ) ;

4. Stranski triceps - katera koli stran ( 4. Side triceps any side ) ,

5. Trebušne in noge ( 5. Abdominals and legs ).

Tekmovalke izvajajo vse poze z odprtimi dlanmi ( za razliko od bodybuilding kategorij, kjer imajo tekmovalci - ke, zaprte dlani v pest pri vseh pozah ). Sodniki v četrtem nastopu prvenstveno ocenjujejo razvoj , simetrijo, veličino, tonus ter trdnost mišičevja, ki mora biti vsekakor večja kot pri kategoriji Miss Figure. Vaskularnost ( izrazitos ožilja na telesu ) je nezaželjena in se v kategoriji miss fitness ocenjuje z negativnimi točkami.

- tretji izhod , samostojni nastop ob izbrani glasbi. Tekmovalke nastopajo posamezno po zaporedju štartnih številk. Vsaka tekmovalka izvede koreografijo po želji, katera naj bi zajemala čim več akrobatskih, gimnastičnih in atletskih elementov, ki združeni v izvirno koreografijo pokažejo njeno atletsko pripravljenost. Gibi, ki izražajo fleksibilnost tekmovalke so ravno tako zaželjeni. Nastop, podoben nastopu v kategoriji bodybuilding se ocenjuje z negativnimi točkami. Tekmovalke so lahko v tem izhodu oblečene v različna športna oblačila ( dres za aerobiko, enodelne kopalke, elastična oblačila….itd ) , enako velja za obutev. Pri svojem nastopu lahko uporabljajo različne predmete manjših dimenzij ( npr. step, stol, kolebnica, gimnastični elementi…itd). Čas namenjen samostojnemu nastopu je 120 sekund).

 - četrti izhod - PODELITEV NAGRAD IN RAZGLASITEV REZULTATOV; tekmovalke so oblečene v dvodelne bikini kopalke in obute v čevlje z visoko peto.

Miss figure kategorija

Namenjena je vsem, ki svojo atletsko postavo oblikujejo simetrično in estetiko ter izžarevajo naravno lepoto športnice.

Tekmovalkam s preveliko in izrazito mišično maso ter odsotnostjo telesnih maščob (definicijo, izrazita vaskularnost), nastop ni dovoljen oz. se kaznuje z negativnimi točkami.
Poleg same postave sodniki kot enega izmed kriterijev, upoštevajo ženstvenost, ki mora biti čim bolj poudarjena. Pomembni kriteriji so tudi : lepota, splošna urejenost, obnašanje na odru, ki mora izžarevati samozavest tekmovalke, zdrav videz, urejenost obraza ( make-up ), urejenost pričeske, izbor večerne obleke in obutve.

Tekmovalke so na odru v ravni liniji razvrščene po zaporedju štartnih številk. Tekmujejo v štirih izhodih in sicer:

 - prvi izhod je v večerni obleki: tekmovalka nosi dolgo večerno obleko in čevlje z visoko peto. V tem izhodu tekmovalke pridejo na oder v zaporedju štartnih številk, stojijo v ravni vrsti ena ob drugi. Sodnik jim z krožno hojo po odru omogoči, da jih sodniki ocenijo z vseh strani, ocenijo njihovo hojo oz. gibanje, še posebno pozornost namenjajo temu, kako tekmovalka izraža svojo samozavest in ženstvenost. Sodniki prav tako ocenjujejo estetski, športni videz v elegantnih oblačilih ter urejen zunanji videz ( make up, pričeska in nakit ).

- drugi izhod : se deli na dva dela.

Sodniki razen simetrije telesa ocenjujejo tudi splošne kriterije, kot so ženstvenost, splošni izgled tekmovalke pogojen z npr. izborom pričeske, lepoto obraza, lepoto kože …itd, ter nenazadnje samozavest, ki jo izraža tekmovalka.

2. del - primerjalne poze . Sodnik tekmovalke ne glede na vrstni red pokliče v primerjavo in sicer v sledečih pozah :

1. Dvojni biceps spredaj ( 1. Front double biceps ) ;

2. Stranska prsna poza - katera koli stran ( 2. Side chest any side ) ;

3. Dvojni biceps zadaj ( 3. Back double biceps ) ;

4. Stranski triceps - katera koli stran ( 4. Side triceps any side ) ,

5. Trebušne in noge ( 5. Abdominals and legs ).

Tekmovalke izvajajo vse poze z odprtimi dlanmi ( za razliko od bodybuilding kategorij, kjer imajo tekmovalci - ke, zaprte dlani v pest pri vseh pozah ).

Sodniki ocenjujejo atletsko in simetrično postavo , ki mora biti manj mišičasto izrazita kot pri kategoriji Miss Fitness. Zmanjšan procent maščobe je prav tako zaželjen, a ne preveč. Vaskularnost ( izrazitos ožilja na telesu ) je nezaželjena, in se v kategoriji Miss Figure ocenjuje z negativnimi točkami.

Tekmovalke, ki bi imele preveliko mišično maso, preveliko odsotnost telesne maščobe ( definicijo ) ter izrazito vaskularnost, so lahko premeščene ne glede na njihovo voljo in željo v kategorijo Miss Fitness ali pa ocenjene z negativnimi točkami ( kot se odloči sodniška komisija v posameznem primeru ).

- tretji izhod oz. nastop ob glasbi , za razliko od Miss fitness tekmovalk v tej kategoriji sodniki ne zahtevajo artistično - gimnastičnih oz. akrobatskih elementov, prav tako ne tipično bodybuilderskega programa, ampak izvirnost in samopredstavitev ob skrbno izbrani glasbi. Tekmovalke nastopajo v dvodelnih bikini kopalkah, športnih oblačilih oz. po želji, če ima to neposredno povezavo z koreografijo. Nastop je lahko dolg maksimalno 120 sekund

 - četrti izhod - PODELITEV NAGRAD IN RAZGLASITEV REZULTATOV, tekmovalke so oblečene v dvodelne bikini kopalke in obute v čevlje z visoko peto.

RULES FOR THE COMPETITION ON SATURDAY, 28st. OF OCTOBER 2006, BODIFIT SLOVENIAN OPEN – BODYBUILDING - FITNESS - FIGURE

 GENERAL RULES FOR THE COMPETITORS :

- Entry for a competition: it is desirable for the competitors to register themselves with an entry form. The entry forms should be filled in accurately and collected no later than 14 days before the competition.

 - Registration of competitors : registration of the competitors takes place 3 hours before the beginning of the competition. It is obligatory to enclose identity card with a picture.

 - Registration fee : registration fee, which the competitors have to pay on the day of the competition (before registration), is 13…

- Rules for competition :the competition in bodybuilding, fitness and miss figure will take place according to the regulations of the BODYBUILDING IN FITNESS ZVEZA SLOVENIJE. You can find all the other information on our e-mail: bodifit@amis.net.

 - Categorization of competitors : before the beginning of the competition all competitors must take part in official measurement of body height and weight, according to this the competitors are arranged into certain categories.

- Categories :

MALE – bodybuilding :

  • junior category ( up to 23 years ; literally : max.age permitted is 22 years and 364 days )
  • small category ( body height up to 172 cm )
  • middle category ( body height between 172 – 178 cm )
  • tall category ( body height over 178 cm )
  • over 40 (kategorija za tekmovalce nad 40 let).

MALE – fitness :

  • small category ( body height up to 172 cm ),
    body height - 100 + 2
  • middle category ( body height between 172 – 178 cm ),
    body height - 100 + 4
  • tall category ( body height over 178 cm ),
    body height - 100 + 6

FEMALE – fitness :
one category without restrictions.

FEMALE – figure :
one category without restrictions.

- Prohibitions and other restrictions:

  • The competitors cannot wear shoes, wristwatches, rings, bracelets, chainlets, lockets, earrings, wigs, or any other disturbing or artificial objects which could perfect one's figure. The competitors are not allowed to chew, eat sweets or smoke.

- Delay in registration : the competitors, who delay the registration and official

measurement, are excluded from the competition.

  • Excessive use of body oil is not allowed. Moderate use of body oil, beauty cremes and self-tanning cremes is allowed.
  • The competitors need to tie their hair up in the 1. Round (symmetry and muscularity) so that they do not cover their shoulder and back muscles.
  • The competitors must have their starting numbers (which they get when measured and registered) firmly and safely tied to the left side of their bathing costume.

- The competitors are allowed to appear in more than one category if they fulfil the conditions for it.

- The competitors must wear one-coloured, unlined and clean bathing-costumes without any additional objects.


COURSE OF THE COMPETITION

- Competition for Mr. Bodybuilding, Miss. Bodybuilding and Mr. Fitness :

- First round competition – symmetry

The competitors come on stage accompanied by the referee, who arranges the competitors one after the other according to their starting numbers. The competitors , who are in a relaxed poise and do not pose, rotate for 90 degrees to their right side at referee's command . The main referee may as well demand an extra comparison of two or more competitors.

- Second round competition - muscularity .

The referee on stage demands the performance of 8 obligatory poses. The poses performed in groups are: front double biceps pose,front latisimus pose, side chest pose – any side, back latisimus pose + calf muscles, back double biceps pose + calf muscles, side triceps pose – any side, pose for abdominal and leg muscles, and at the end ''most muscular pose''.

When the posing is over the referee on stage and the main referee call the competitors again for the comparable posing.

- Third round competition – free performance :

Free programme means that the competitors carry out programme on their own and with their own music (they leave CD with the organiser of the competition at the beginning – during registration) and perform their own choreography. The performance cannot be longer than 60 sec in bodybuilding categories, and no more than 120 sec in fitness categories.

 - Competition for Miss. Fitness and Miss. Figure :

Miss fitness category

- first round is in evening dresses: the competitor wears a long evening dress with high-heeled shoes. The competitors come on stage one after the other according to their starting numbers and stand in a straight line side by side. A circular motion on the stage enables the referees to estimate the competitors from all sides and to estimate their walking/movement, the referees are especially attentive to their self-confidence and feminine charm. The referees estimate aesthetic and sport appearance in elegant dresses and exterior as well (make up, hair style and jewellery).
– second round consists of two parts:

1.part. Symmetry . The competitors are presented from four sides (turns for 90 degrees to the right). They wear one-coloured two-piece bikini and high-heeled shoes. They come on stage one after the other according to their starting numbers.

Front side : the competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look are in the same direction as body, feet are together and arms along the body.

Left side : The competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, turned for 90 degrees to the right side and shows the left side of the body to the referees, look and head are in the direction of the body (do not look towards the referees or audience), it is allowed to slightly rotate body to the left, but not too much.

Back side : The competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look in the same direction as body, feet are together, the referees estimate the back side of the body.

Right side : the competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look in the same direction as body. Feet are together, a slight rotation of the body is allowed, but not too much. In the third round the referees estimate (beside symmetry of the body) general criteria like feminine charm, general appearance of the competitor dependent on for example: hair style, beauty of the face, beauty of the skin etc., and finally the confidence that the competitor radiates.

2.part. Comparable poses . The referee calls the competitors irrespective of the order to compare them in the following poses :

1. Front double biceps ;

2. Side chest any side ;

3. Back double biceps ;

4. Side triceps any side ;

5. Abdominals and legs.

The competitors perform all poses with open palms (in contrast to bodybuilding categories, where the competitors keep their palms closed in a fist during all poses). The referees first of all estimate the development, symmetry, largeness, tonus and hardiness of muscles that need to be bigger than at Miss Figure category. Vascularity (expressiveness of veins on body) is undesirable and is in this category estimated with negative points.

– third round: free performance with selected music. The competitors carry out their performance individually one after the other according to their starting numbers. Each individual competitor performs a choreography according to her wishes, which should consist of as much acrobatic, gymnastic and athletic elements as possible, and thus show one's athletic readiness. Movements, which show the flexibility of the competitor, are also desirable. The performance, which is similar to the performance from the bodybuilding category, is estimated with negative points. The competitors can wear various sport clothing (aerobics dress, one-piece bathing costume, elastic clothes etc.), the same goes for shoes. They can as well use various objects of small dimensions (e.g. step, chair, skipping rope, gymnastic objects etc.). The time limitation for the free performance is 2 min (120 sec).
- fourth round - AWARD–GIVING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS, the competitors come on stage once again in two-piece bikini and high-heeled shoes.

Miss figure category

This category is meant for those people, who have symmetrically and aesthetically shaped figure and radiate a natural beauty of a sportsman/sportswoman.

The competitors, who have too large muscles and not enough body fat (expressive vascularity), are not allowed to perform in this category, or they get punished with negative points. The referees pay regard to (beside the figure) the competitor's feminine charm that needs to be stressed. Important criteria are: beauty, behaviour on stage, the competitor's self-confidence, healthy appearance, beauty of the face (make-up), hairstyle, selection of evening dress and shoes.

The competitors stand on stage in a straight line side by side according to their starting numbers.

The competitors compete in four rounds:

 - first round is in evening dresses: the competitor wears a long evening dress with high-heeled shoes. The competitors come on stage one after the other according to their starting numbers and stand in a straight line side by side. A circular motion on the stage enables the referees to estimate the competitors from all sides and to estimate their walking/movement, the referees are especially attentive to their self-confidence and feminine charm. The referees estimate aesthetic and sport appearance in elegant dresses and exterior as well (make up, hair style and jewellery).
– second round consists of two parts:

1.part. Symmetry . The competitors are presented from four sides (turns for 90 degrees to the right). They wear one-coloured two-piece bikini and high-heeled shoes. They come on stage one after the other according to their starting numbers.

Front side : the competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look are in the same direction as body, feet are together and arms along the body.

Left side : The competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, turned for 90 degrees to the right side and shows the left side of the body to the referees, look and head are in the direction of the body (do not look towards the referees or audience), it is allowed to slightly rotate body to the left, but not too much.

Back side : The competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look in the same direction as body, feet are together, the referees estimate the back side of the body.

Right side : the competitor stands upright without tensed muscles, head and look in the same direction as body. Feet are together, a slight rotation of the body is allowed, but not too much. In the third round the referees estimate (beside symmetry of the body) general criteria like feminine charm, general appearance of the competitor dependent on for example: hair style, beauty of the face, beauty of the skin etc., and finally the confidence that the competitor radiates.

2.part. Comparable poses . The referee calls the competitors irrespective of the order to compare them in the following poses :

1. Front double biceps ;

2. Side chest any side ;

3. Back double biceps ; 4. Side triceps any side ;

5. Abdominals and legs.

The competitors perform all poses with open palms (in contrast to bodybuilding categories, where the competitors keep their palms closed in a fist during all poses).

The referees estimate athletic and symmetric figure that needs to be less muscled than at Miss Fitness category. It is also desirable to have low percentage of body fat, but not too much.

Vascularity (expressiveness of veins on body) is undesirable and is in this category estimated with negative points.

The competitors, who have too large muscles and not enough body fat (expressive vascularity), can be transferred to Miss Fitness category, or estimated with negative points ( according to the referes' decision for a specific case).

- third round : performance with music. In this category, as distinguished from the Miss Fitness category, the referees do not demand gymnastic or acrobatic elements, nor any kind of bodybuilding programme. What they look for is the originality and self-representation with carefully selected music. The competitors can wear either two-piece bikini, sports clothes or something else if it is directly connected to the choreography. The time limit is 120 seconds.

- fourth round - AWARD–GIVING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS, the competitors come on stage once again in two-piece bikini and high-heeled shoes.
